1. Acceptance of Terms

Your use of the sigegame platform, including any game, feature, promotion, payment service, or support channel, constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions published on the sigegame platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

sigegame reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published at sigegame.org/terms-conditions with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

2. Eligibility

To create an account and use the sigegame platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be a natural person — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of sigegame or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not be subject to any existing self-exclusion order, whether issued by sigegame or any other gaming operator or regulatory body.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual player may register and maintain only one (1) sigegame account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a serious breach of these Terms. sigegame reserves the right to permanently suspend all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein upon discovery of duplicate accounts.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address. You are required to promptly update your account information if any details change. sigegame accepts no liability for issues arising from outdated or inaccurate account information, including failed payment processing or missed security alerts.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sigegame login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP with any third party. sigegame will never ask for your password through any channel — any communication requesting your password is fraudulent and should be reported to support immediately. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in is your responsibility.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

sigegame is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification under Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You may be asked to submit a government-issued Philippine identification document and a selfie photograph. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account suspension.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

sigegame accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, Metrobank online banking, and selected cryptocurrency networks. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by method and are displayed on the Cashier page at the time of transaction.

4.2 Currency

All transactions on the sigegame platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise expressly stated. Where a player deposits in a foreign currency or via a cryptocurrency, the amount will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate applied by sigegame at the time of the transaction.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes during normal operating hours. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take one (1) to three (3) business days. sigegame reserves the right to request additional documentation for large withdrawal requests as required under AMLA compliance obligations.

4.4 Deposit of Own Funds Only

You may only deposit funds that are lawfully yours. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting funds from third parties for the purpose of gambling on sigegame, is strictly prohibited.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

sigegame offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds requirements (where applicable to sports betting offers), and expiry periods. Key principles applicable to all sigegame bonuses include:

• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Systematic exploitation of bonus offers, including use of automated betting strategies designed to extract bonus value, constitutes abuse and may result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension.
• sigegame reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without notice, where there is reasonable cause to believe the offer is being abused.
• Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements are met, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Multiple accounts used to claim the same promotion will result in forfeiture of all associated bonus amounts and may lead to permanent suspension.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All casino games available on sigegame — including slots, live dealer games, video poker, and RNG table games — operate according to published game rules. For live dealer games, the decisions of the presiding dealer are final. For RNG-based games, the outcome is determined by certified random number generation software that has been independently tested for fairness.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, sigegame's technical records are the definitive reference for resolving any dispute regarding game outcomes. Bets placed on rounds affected by material technical errors may be voided at sigegame's discretion. sigegame's decision on all game disputes is final and binding.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sigegame platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 21 years of age
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC
• Operating multiple accounts or creating accounts on behalf of others
• Engaging in, facilitating, or attempting to facilitate money laundering through the platform
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the platform
• Colluding with other players in table games, including live dealer poker or baccarat
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes without legitimate cause
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal
• Any conduct that violates applicable Philippine law, PAGCOR regulations, or these Terms

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the sigegame platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and interface design — is the property of sigegame or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any sigegame content without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, sigegame's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

sigegame shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, regardless of whether sigegame has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

sigegame does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the platform at your own risk.

10. Responsible Gaming

sigegame is committed to promoting responsible gaming. All players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, session time limits, and loss limits using the tools available in their account settings. Players who believe they may be experiencing gambling-related harm have the right to request self-exclusion from the sigegame platform at any time, for periods ranging from thirty (30) days to permanent exclusion.

During a self-exclusion period, sigegame will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded player from accessing the platform, including blocking login attempts and suppressing marketing communications. 11. Account Suspension & Termination

sigegame reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms
• sigegame reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity associated with your account
• You fail to complete required KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe
• You are found to be ineligible to hold a sigegame account (including being under 21 years of age)
• sigegame is required to do so by law or regulatory directive

Upon termination for cause, any bonus funds credited to your account are immediately forfeited. Real-money balances resulting from your own deposits (net of fraudulent or disputed transactions) will be returned to you following completion of any outstanding investigation, subject to applicable legal holds.

You may voluntarily close your sigegame account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary account closure does not affect obligations accrued prior to closure.

12. Amendments

sigegame reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, and the updated Terms will be published at sigegame.org/terms-conditions with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 13. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising from or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through sigegame's internal complaints process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
